If you think your Studio Era membership is connected to a different email than the account you’re using, start by checking the email shown in Studio Era.
Don’t create another Studio Era account, delete an existing account, or purchase another membership while you’re trying to resolve an email mismatch.
Find the email on your Studio Era account
Open Studio Era and go to Home.
Tap your profile picture or initial in the top-right corner.
Check the email shown below your name.
This is the email connected to the Studio Era account you’re currently signed in to.
Your account email is visible from your profile/settings screen, but it isn’t something you can change through Edit Profile.
If you can’t sign in to Studio Era at all, see Log in, reset your password or recover account access.
If you purchased through the Studio Era website
For a membership purchased through the Studio Era website, the email used for the purchase is also the Studio Era login email connected to that membership.
Compare the email shown in Studio Era with the email on your purchase confirmation.
If the emails are different: sign out of Studio Era and sign back in using the email you used for the website purchase.
If you don’t remember the password for that account, use the password-reset steps in Log in, reset your password or recover account access.
If the purchase email contains a typo, you no longer have access to it, you created more than one Studio Era account, or you don’t know which email you used, Contact Studio Era Support.
When possible, include any email addresses you may have used for Studio Era. If you don’t know which email was used for a website purchase, you can also include the last 4 digits of the card used for the purchase to help us locate the correct account.
Never send your full card number or card security code.
If you purchased through Apple
The email on your Apple Account or Apple purchase receipt may be different from your Studio Era login email.
Those emails do not need to match. A different Apple email does not automatically mean you’re signed in to the wrong Studio Era account.
If your membership is available normally in Studio Era, you don’t need to change your Studio Era account just because the Apple email is different.
If Apple shows an active Studio Era subscription but the app shows No active plan or asks you to subscribe again, follow I paid, but the app asks me to subscribe for the Apple purchase and Restore Purchases steps.
If you’re not sure which Studio Era account the Apple purchase belongs to, Contact Studio Era Support. If available, include any Studio Era emails you may have used and your Apple invoice or order confirmation, including the Order ID.
If you created a duplicate account or used the wrong email
If you accidentally created another Studio Era account, signed up with a typo, or are unsure which account should hold your membership, don’t try to fix the mismatch by deleting an account or purchasing again.
Contact Studio Era Support and tell us:
the email shown on the Studio Era account you’re currently using,
any other email addresses you may have used for Studio Era, and
whether you purchased through the Studio Era website, Apple, or another available purchase path.
We’ll review the accounts and purchase information and confirm the available next step.
If the problem is with the Studio Era community
If your Studio Era membership is working and the problem is only with joining Skool, receiving your community invitation, or accessing the community, see Join or access the Studio Era community.
If the community registration page can’t recognize your Studio Era membership because you’re unsure which Studio Era email is correct, follow the account-email steps above.
