Log in, reset your password or recover account access

Learn how to log in to Studio Era, reset or change your password, find a missing reset code, and recover access if you still can’t get into the right account.

If you’re having trouble getting into Studio Era, start with the section that matches what you’re seeing.

Your Studio Era login email is the email address connected to your Studio Era account. If you have more than one email address, make sure you’re using the one associated with the account you want to access.

If you purchased through Apple, the email on your Apple purchase or Apple Account may be different from your Studio Era login email.

How do I log in to Studio Era?

To log in:

  1. Open the Studio Era app.

  2. Tap Let’s Go!.

  3. On What’s your email?, enter your Studio Era login email.

  4. Tap Continue.

  5. On Enter your password, enter your password.

  6. Tap Sign in.

If Studio Era doesn’t accept your login, check that you entered the correct email and password.

If you don’t remember your password, use Forgot password? instead of repeatedly trying different passwords.

How do I reset my password if I forgot it?

You can reset your password from the sign-in flow.

  1. On What’s your email?, enter your Studio Era login email.

  2. Tap Continue.

  3. On Enter your password, tap Forgot password?.

  4. On Reset your password, confirm the email shown.

  5. Tap Send code.

  6. Check your email for a message from Studio Era titled Reset your password.

  7. Return to Studio Era.

  8. Enter the Reset code from the email.

  9. Enter your New password.

  10. Enter it again under Confirm new password.

  11. Tap Reset password.

Your new password must contain at least 8 characters.

The reset email includes a temporary code to use inside the Studio Era app. The code expires after 10 minutes.

If you need another code, tap Resend code on the Enter your code screen.

Keep your reset code private

Studio Era will never ask you to send us your password-reset code. Enter it only in the Studio Era app.

Why haven’t I received my password-reset code?

If you tapped Send code but can’t find the email:

  1. Confirm that you entered the correct Studio Era login email.

  2. Check your spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered folders.

  3. Search your inbox for Studio Era or Reset your password.

  4. Wait a few minutes and check again.

  5. If needed, return to the reset flow and request another code.

If the email still doesn’t arrive, contact Studio Era Support so we can help check the account you’re trying to access.

What if I no longer have access to my Studio Era login email?

If you can’t access the inbox connected to your Studio Era account, contact Studio Era Support.

When you message us, include:

  • the Studio Era login email you believe is connected to the account, and

  • an email address you can currently access.

Support may need to verify account details before helping make changes or restore access.

Never send us your password or password-reset code.

How do I change my password if I’m already logged in?

If you know your current password, you can change it from your Studio Era settings.

  1. Tap Home in the bottom navigation.

  2. Tap your profile picture or initial in the top-right corner.

  3. Scroll down and tap Change Password.

  4. Enter your Current password.

  5. Enter your New password.

  6. Enter it again under Confirm new password.

  7. Tap Save.

Your new password must contain at least 8 characters.

What if I don’t know my current password?

If you’re already logged in but don’t remember your current password, use the forgotten-password flow instead.

Sign out of Studio Era, then log in again using your email and tap Forgot password? on the Enter your password screen.

Why does Studio Era say my login is incorrect?

If Studio Era can’t verify the email and password you entered, the app shows:

Incorrect email or password.

First check:

  • that you’re using the correct Studio Era login email,

  • that there are no typos or extra spaces,

  • that autofill hasn’t inserted a different email or password, and

  • whether you recently changed or reset your password.

If you’re not sure which email belongs to your Studio Era account, avoid creating another account. Contact Studio Era Support and tell us any email addresses you may have used.

I can log in, but Studio Era says I need to subscribe again

If you can sign in successfully but your membership or paid content is missing, the problem may be related to the account or purchase rather than your password.

Do not purchase another membership just to restore access.

Still can’t access your account?

If you’ve tried the relevant steps above and still can’t get into the right Studio Era account, contact Studio Era Support.

When possible, include:

  • the Studio Era login email you’re trying to use,

  • any other email you may have used for Studio Era,

  • whether you can still access that email inbox,

  • what happens when you try to sign in or reset your password,

  • the exact error message you see, and

  • a screenshot of the error if helpful.

Never send us your password or password-reset code.
