Content or a feature is missing

Find the right area of Studio Era, check your signed-in account, and get help when expected content remains unavailable.

If a workout, recipe, lesson, planner, or other part of Studio Era seems to be missing, first check whether you’re looking in the right area and using the Studio Era account you expect.

It also helps to notice whether one specific item is missing or whether an entire section of the app is gone or unavailable. That distinction can point to a different next step.

If Studio Era says you have No active plan or asks you to subscribe even though you’ve already paid, don’t purchase another membership. See I paid, but the app asks me to subscribe instead.

Check where the content normally lives

Studio Era content can appear in different places depending on what you’re looking for.

  • Workouts, workout programs, challenges, and Exercise Guides: Tap Explore in the bottom navigation, then select Workouts.

  • Meal plans and recipes: Tap Explore, then select Nutrition. Look under Meal Plans or All Recipes.

  • Lessons and past coaching calls: Tap Explore, then select Resources.

  • Your workout schedule: From Home, scroll to More and tap Workout Planner.

  • Your planned meals: From Home, scroll to More and tap Meal Planner.

  • Content you saved: From Home, scroll to More and tap Favorites.

  • Profile and app settings: From Home, tap your profile picture or initial in the top-right corner.

If you’re looking for the Studio Era community, it isn’t a section inside the Studio Era app. The community is hosted on Skool. See Join or access the Studio Era community.

If something is missing from Home

Home is your daily starting point, but it doesn’t show every Studio Era feature or every piece of content at all times.

What appears on Home can change depending on things such as whether you’ve started a workout program, joined a challenge, or chosen a meal plan.

If something you expected on Home isn’t there, check its main location in Explore, More, or your profile/settings using the paths above before treating it as missing.

Check the Studio Era account you’re using

Some missing-access problems happen when you’re signed in to a different Studio Era account than expected.

To check the account:

  1. Go to Home.

  2. Tap your profile picture or initial in the top-right corner.

  3. Check the email shown below your name.

That is the Studio Era account you’re currently signed in to.

If the email isn’t the one you expected, see I used a different email for my Studio Era purchase or account before creating another account or making another purchase.

If the email is correct but Studio Era shows No active plan or asks you to subscribe despite an existing purchase, see I paid, but the app asks me to subscribe.

Your billing cycle does not change your Studio Era feature access. Monthly and annual memberships include the same app features, and an active free trial provides full app access.

Try these checks if the content is still missing

If you’re in the correct area and using the expected account, try the lowest-effort checks first.

  1. Leave the affected section and open it again.

  2. Fully close Studio Era and reopen it.

  3. Restart your phone or tablet.

  4. Check the App Store or Google Play for an available Studio Era update, then try again.

  5. Check whether the issue affects:

    • one specific workout, recipe, lesson, or item, or

    • the entire section or feature.

If several areas of Studio Era are freezing, blank, stuck loading, or not working, use Studio Era app is not working or loading for the broader app troubleshooting steps.

If something you previously saw is no longer there

If a workout, recipe, saved item, scheduled item, logged entry, or other content that you previously saw is no longer visible, first make sure you’re viewing the same area, date, or account where you originally saw it.

Then complete the checks above.

If the content is still missing, contact Studio Era Support so we can take a closer look rather than asking you to repeatedly recreate or search for it.

Still missing?

If the expected content or feature still doesn’t appear after these checks, contact Studio Era Support.

Please tell us:

  • the name of the missing item or feature,

  • where you expected to see it,

  • whether one item is missing or the entire section is unavailable,

  • your phone or tablet model,

  • whether Studio Era shows No active plan or asks you to subscribe,

  • whether you’re using iPhone/iPad or Android,

  • what you already tried, and

  • when possible, include a screenshot or short recording of what you see.

That helps us determine whether the problem is limited to one account, device, content item, or a broader part of Studio Era.
