From here, you can see your selected day or week, access your workouts and nutrition tools, review your daily activity, and open other Studio Era tools.

Think of Home as your starting point. You can always come back when you’re not quite sure where to go next.

Explore and find what you need

Use Explore when you want to look around or find something specific.

Explore is organized into Workouts, Nutrition, and Resources, so you can browse the part of Studio Era you need or use search when you have something particular in mind.

From here, you can find workout plans, challenges, on-demand workouts, meal plans, recipes, and Studio Era resources.

Choose how you want to train

Studio Era gives you different ways to work out depending on how much structure and flexibility you want.

  • Workout programs are structured training plans that you follow over several weeks. You choose how often you want to strength train, with 3, 4, or 5 workout days per week, and your program follows that cadence.

  • Challenges follow a set challenge schedule instead of a cadence you choose. You join the challenge and follow the workouts, walks, and other activities in the order they’re planned. Challenges are usually shorter than workout programs, and many place strength workouts every other day, although the exact schedule can vary by challenge.

  • Individual workouts are for when you want more flexibility and would rather choose a workout for that day without starting a full program or challenge.

New challenges also have a shared experience that workout programs don’t. When a challenge launches, Studio Era members can follow it together on the same schedule, making the community side of the experience a bigger part of it. Challenges can stay available in the app afterward, so you can still complete an older challenge later, but the live launch is the main challenge experience.

Once you’ve chosen how you want to train, the more detailed workout guides can walk you through starting, following, changing, or managing it.

Choose your nutrition setup

Studio Era gives you a nutrition target, but you choose the meal plan you want to follow.

Studio Era Explore screen on the Nutrition tab, showing target calories, meal plans, and recipes.

The app gives you a daily calorie target based on the information you provide during setup. Your meal plan is not automatically assigned.

Instead, you can use that calorie target as a guide when browsing the available meal plans, then choose the option that looks best for you.

Once you’ve chosen a meal plan, you can use Studio Era’s other nutrition tools based on how you prefer to plan and track your food, including recipes, meal planning, food logging, and shopping lists.

You don’t need to use every nutrition feature at once. Start with the tools that are useful for the way you want to eat and plan your week.

Activity and progress

Studio Era also gives you a place to keep track of what you’re doing and look back at your progress over time.

Daily activity

Daily activity is about what’s happening now.

This is where Studio Era helps you keep an eye on day-to-day tracking information you’re working on as part of your routine.

You can see your current progress toward your daily:

  • Step goal

  • Water goal

If you connect a supported health or wearable service, your step data can also sync into Studio Era.

Progress over time

Progress is where you choose what you want to track and look back at how it changes over time.

Studio Era Progress screen showing where you can review progress information recorded over time.

Instead of focusing only on today, this area helps you review the bigger picture of your journey in Studio Era.

You can use Progress to record things like:

  • Progress photos

  • Weight

  • Body measurements, such as your waist, arms, legs, or other areas you want to monitor

  • Goals for the measurements and metrics you’re tracking

This lets you decide which progress markers matter most to you instead of relying on only one number.

Progress includes your Check-ins and Measurements. You can also switch to Trends to review patterns across things like workouts, nutrition, water, and steps over time.
