Your profile settings are available from Home. From there, you can update your personal details, choose how measurements are displayed, and access other settings such as reminders, connected apps, measurement goals, password settings, and Support.
Open your profile and settings
Tap Home in the bottom navigation.
Tap your profile picture or initial in the top-right corner.
Your settings screen shows your name and Studio Era account email, followed by the available profile and app settings.
Update your profile details
To edit your profile:
From the profile/settings screen, tap My Profile.
Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner.
On Edit Profile, tap the detail you want to change.
Make your update.
Tap Save.
The Edit Profile screen includes:
Display name
Gender
Date of birth
Height
Weight
Fitness goal
Activity level
Your Studio Era account email is shown on the main profile/settings screen, but it is not edited from Edit Profile.

Change your profile photo
From Edit Profile, tap the camera icon on your profile picture.
Choose:
Take Photo to take a new picture, or
Choose from Library to select one already saved on your device.
Then finish your profile changes and tap Save.
Will changing my profile affect my recommendations?
Some profile settings are used in Studio Era’s recommendations.
For example, your fitness goal and activity level are used when Studio Era calculates your recommended target calories. Changing those settings can affect that recommendation.

Change your measurement units
You can choose how measurements are displayed throughout Studio Era.
From Home, tap your profile picture or initial in the top-right corner.
Tap Unit System.
Tap Unit.
Choose:
Metric
Imperial US
Imperial
Custom
The selected unit system controls how Studio Era displays measurements including:
Weight
Height
Circumference
Water
Food volume
Food weight
Distance
Choose your own units
If you select Custom, you can choose the unit used for each measurement type separately.
For example, you can tap Weight, Height, Water, or another category and select the unit you want to use for it.
The Unit System screen updates to show your selections.
Find your other app settings

Sign out of Studio Era
To sign out:
Tap Home.
Tap your profile picture or initial in the top-right corner.
Scroll to the bottom of the settings screen.
Tap Sign Out.
Studio Era signs you out and returns you to the welcome screen.
