Finish a workout and review your completed session

See what happens when you finish a Studio Era workout, review your Summary, and return to a completed session later.

When you finish a Studio Era workout, you’ll see a Summary for that session. This is where you can review your workout, rate how it felt, leave optional feedback, and finish the session.

Finish your workout

  1. Follow your Studio Era workout through to the end.

  2. If Studio Era asks you to Finish the workout on your tracker, finish the session on your connected wearable first, then tap Continue in Studio Era.

  3. On Summary, review the session details shown for your workout.

  4. Under How was your session?, choose the effort rating that best matches your workout.

  5. Add written feedback if you want to.

  6. Tap Done to finish.

You can also tap Share Story if you want to share your workout.

If you use a connected wearable, your Summary can also include synced workout metrics such as energy and heart rate.

Review a workout you completed

Once you’ve finished a workout, its workout details will show it as Completed.

Open the completed workout and find Summary to review the session. Tap the pencil icon beside Summary to open Edit Summary. Make any changes available on that screen, then tap Save.

Find a workout you completed on another day

You can use the calendar on Home to return to a previous date:

  1. Tap Home in the bottom navigation.

  2. Tap the calendar icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose Day or Week near the bottom of the calendar.

  4. Find the date you want to review:

    • In Day view, select the date from the row at the top.

    • In Week view, scroll to the date in the weekly list.

  5. Find the workout for that day and open the completed workout to review its details and Summary.

Planned and completed workouts are different.

A workout appearing in your Workout Planner means it’s scheduled for that day. It isn’t marked as completed until you actually finish the workout.

If you want to add, remove, or change workouts on your schedule, see Use the Workout Planner to plan and manage workouts.
