Use the Home screen and daily plan

Learn how to view a day or week, find your workouts and nutrition, check daily activity, and open your planners and other tools.

Tap Home in Studio Era’s bottom navigation whenever you want to return to your daily starting point. Home brings together your workout, nutrition, and activity. What you see can vary depending on whether you’ve started a workout program, joined a challenge, or chosen a meal plan.

View today or another day

Home opens on today by default. You can select another date when you want to review a past day or look ahead.

The row of dates near the top of Home shows where you are in the week. To look at a particular day or browse a full week:

  1. From Home, tap the calendar icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Use Day and Week near the bottom of the calendar to choose your view. Day focuses on one date. Week shows the same daily information arranged across the week.

  3. Find the date you want to review:

    • In Day view, select the date from the row at the top.

    • In Week view, scroll to the date in the weekly list.

  4. In either view, you can see that date’s workout, Nutrition, and Activity. Scroll within the calendar to see sections farther down the screen.

  5. If you’re using Day view, tap Today in the top-right corner to return to the current date. Tap the back arrow when you’re ready to return to Home.

The calendar gives you an overview of a selected day. For the individual foods you recorded, see Use the Food Diary to log food, recipes, barcodes and custom nutrition. For details of a workout you finished, see Finish a workout and review your completed session.

Find your workout

If you’re following a workout program or challenge, Home can show its name, your place in the schedule, and the workout or walk for the day. Tap Start workout on the card to open that session.

If you haven’t started a program, Home may show Start a program instead. Tap Browse programs to explore the available programs.

Open Nutrition for the selected date

Scroll down on Home to Nutrition and tap the Nutrition card.

Where Studio Era takes you depends on the date you’re viewing:

  • Today or a past date: Nutrition opens the Food Diary, where you can review or log what you ate for that date.

  • A future date: Nutrition opens the Meal Planner, where you can plan what you want to have that day.

This keeps food logging and future meal planning connected to the date you’re viewing on Home.

Check steps and water

Scroll down on Home to Activity. You’ll see your daily Steps and Water progress. Tap Steps to open the step tracker, or Water to open the water tracker.

Find your planners and saved items

From Home, scroll down to More.

  • Tap Workout Planner to open your weekly workout schedule.

  • Tap Meal Planner to open your weekly meal schedule.

  • Tap Favorites to find items you’ve saved.

Planning and logging are different. The Workout Planner and Meal Planner show what you’ve scheduled. The Food Diary shows what you actually recorded eating, and your completed-workout history is where you review workouts you finished. A workout appearing on your schedule does not mean it was completed.
