If a Studio Era workout will not start or its video stops while the rest of the app works, begin with the video itself. Check whether the problem affects one workout or several so we can narrow down the cause if you need help.
Try the workout again
In the Studio Era app, return to the workout card on Home or find the workout under Explore > Workouts.
Open the workout and try Start or Start workout again. If the player opens, tap the video to show its controls and check the play/pause button.
Check that your device has an internet connection. Fully close and reopen Studio Era, then try the same workout again.
Try another workout in Explore > Workouts. Note whether both fail or only one does.

If the video plays on your phone but fails only on a TV, use Watch or cast Studio Era workouts on a TV or larger screen. If the whole app is freezing or will not open, this video-specific guide is not the right starting point.
If playback is still blocked
Contact Studio Era Support with the workout name, what happened when you tapped Start, whether other workouts play, the device model and app version, and a screenshot of an error if one appears. You can find the app version near the bottom of Home > profile picture or initial. These details help us investigate a video-specific failure.
